ThinkGeek announces new Blinded by Science Trivia game launch with livestreams, and in-store trivia contests  

Fairfax, Va.– ThinkGeek, the premier retailer for the global geek community, today announces the availability of the science-themed trivia game, Blinded by Science. The game is available starting today for $9.99 exclusively at ThinkGeek.com and ThinkGeek retail stores.

The new ThinkGeek-exclusive trivia game combines the fun of playing games with your friends with the fun of geeky science facts! See who the real trivia scientists are when you test your knowledge with questions like, “What do you call two crows?” and “What is the oldest known life form on planet Earth?” Now you know know that the answers are “Attempted Murder” and bacteria.

Blinded by Science is a game about science for fans, so the game covers a wide variety of science topics and scratches the itch of fans for tough trivia.

The game supports more than two players and is suggested for players aged 14 and up. Play time ranges from 15 minutes to one hour.

To celebrate the launch of the new game, ThinkGeek will be livestreaming gameplay today on Facebook, YouTube and Twitch at 3pm EST.  Tune in for a taste of the game and hone your trivia knowledge before ThinkGeek’s trivia night.

In addition to the livestream, ThinkGeek will be hosting trivia nights across all ThinkGeek retail locations on Thursday, July 13th from 6PM-9PM local time, using questions from the new game.
