June 22, 2002..
Let me tell you this god damn party cost me 75 pounds in total. Almost 120 Canadian! But duh, of course it was worth it. Bus ride there was a pain in the ass but when youre sitting there with like 50 or so other clubbers with a trail of like a gazillion other coaches behind you know this parties gonna be PHAT! Can you imagine every raver all over Europe converging at this one event?
Well upon arrival (at 3pm) I was awe inspired by how freaking huge the party area was It might as well be the same size as Playland HUGE circus tents, at least 4-5. 3-4 portable warehouse sized rooms. Concessions and carnival rides. You could see clouds for miles and I thought it was going to rain but by 6pm it was apparent that it was gods wish to give us sun and miraculously cleared up! I could not believe how packed it was so earlyDJs were already spinning at like 3-4pm! But the set-up in the tents were well done you would not even notice its early after noon!
I nearly pissed my pants when I grabbed a program and noticed already how the DJ line-up was to befirst Paul Oakenfold, then DJ Tiesto, right after PVD Where else can u see P.O. tag off the decks to Tiesto then here @ GatecrasherI loved how the crowd chanted Oakey, Oakey, Oakey, as they awaited his arrival. Also Lab4 spun a quick 30min set with Eminem MCin. Seriously. He was there.
The set up in all the tents were absolutely NUTZ! You will never see anything like it back in CanadaI was going to have a seizure just looking at all the flashing lights and lasers Just looking at my pictures will make u dizzy

Unbelievablethese guys were fu*king awesome. Crowd just went ballistic when they started, played, and endeddefinitely the best performance at the party!
Best Stage/Arena/Tent Tidy Trax Arena
Hey Im a big Hard House fanatic. Music there was definitely top of the line! And Lisa Lashes and Anne Savage were both there!
Crowd. No one really knows how to dance except me and some of my Canadian friends. But who cares!
Theres just too much to say so Ill just say who I saw spin. P.O., PVD, DJ Tiesto, Chemical Brothers, Anne Savage, Lisa Lashes (drooled as both of them were side by side on the decks), Judge Jules, Nick Sentence and BK, missed Carl Cox and Sasha and Digweed damnit Others were to be listed but I am lazy
