Canadian Tour – November 2013
We invite you as sacred bass pioneers Desert Dwellers and Kaminanda are embarking on an 8-city tour through Canada this November. Canadian psy-dub multi-instrumentalist Kaminanda will be joining the originators of the Sacred Bass genre, Treavor Moontribe and Amani Friend of Desert Dwellers, on a three-week tour hitting cities in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.
At every stop along the tour you’re invited to enter our drawing for the chance to win FREE Envision passes and frolic with us in the warm Costa Rican sunshine February 20-23rd 2014. Who doesn’t want to adventure to Costa Rica in February?!

Desert Dwellers are a one of the foremost influences in a genre that they basically expanded from the ground up to be where it’s at today. With a blend of a variety of sources that have been composed to form a heavily weaved set of sounds that coincide in perfect harmony together Desert Dwellers has established themselves in not only their home area of Southern California and New Mexico but across the globe.
Taking a new approach on digital production, the main members Amani Friend & Treavor Moontribe have combined the raw sounds of the natural world with skillfully blended deep bass, earthy percussion, etheric voices and culture crossing instrumentation into sonic incense for the mind and body. With this blend of dance tracks and down tempo sounds they have enabled themselves to give a heightened sense of being to listeners through their musical medium.
Coming from the mossy forests of the Northern Lands on the west coast of Elven Country,Kaminanda’s ever evolving sound is a playground of original deep Midtempo grooves, tribal rhythms, creative trip hop, complex dub and lush downtempo textures. Playing live sets with guitar, keyboards, flutes, melodica, and vocals,Kaminanda’s music is designed to take the listener/dancer on a journey traversing diverse landscapes reflecting the evolution of our collective consciousness.
Kaminanda has shared his creations at electronic music festivals such as Entheos, Shambhala, Symbiosis, Beloved, Rootwire, LIB, Burning Man and Earthdance, as well as international festivals Envision, Boom, and Eclipse Australia. His ever evolving sound is a kaleidoscope of warm melodies and twisting ,winding compositions. With a freshly released sophomore album Kaminanda showcases the evolution of his ideas and style. He has shared the stage with Bluetech, Gaudi, Tipper, Ott, Bird of Prey, and Kalya Scintilla. Kaminanda is excited to share this adventure with you.
