We are now only seven days away from Calvin Harris‘ new album Ready For The Weekend and the Electro Man himself not only created disco, but also created, as he claims in this two-part clip, the first “humanthesizer.” In collaboration with Bare Conductive, a team of engineers who design music made with bare skin coming in contact with special black ink and sensorial padding connected to wiring, the end result is a series of notes and melodies all created by human touch. You can witness it in this finalize clip, there is also the making of the Humanthesizer, which is pretty boring, but still worth it if you’re a music/science-tech geek, which I’m sure you are! It’s either this or JAM TV, folks. Tinchy and Peter Andere aren’t gonna have it at the top of the pops without a fight. Enjoy.
