Primavera Sound Barcelona uses Parc del Fòrum as a large open map beside the sea. The site can hold major stages and more focused spaces at once, letting the festival programme widely without making every booking compete for the same kind of attention.

Electronic music, independent bands and pop share the weekend, and the friction between them drives discovery. A carefully planned route can work, but Primavera is strongest when one unexpected set changes the next decision. The breadth is not a side effect. It is the festival's main instrument.
