A German rave institution

MAYDAY began in 1991 and has called Dortmund's Westfalenhallen home since 1993. The indoor format turns one night into a concentrated electronic music gathering, with the scale and production of an arena event but the movement of a multi-room rave.

Four floors through the night

The programme runs for 12 hours across four floors with more than 30 DJs. Techno and harder styles sit at the centre, giving each room its own pace while keeping the whole event tied to rave culture.
