The Croisette as a dancefloor

Les Plages Électroniques uses Cannes' waterfront as more than scenery. Stages occupy the beach and terrace around the Palais des Festivals, placing electronic music beside the Mediterranean and turning the sand into part of the crowd experience.

The programme moves through house, techno, EDM and wider electronic sounds. Late-night afterparties extend the event beyond the open-air hours, giving the festival a second rhythm once the beachfront programme ends.

Three days in Cannes

The 2027 edition runs from August 6 to 8. Its compact three-day format makes the location easy to understand: daytime and sunset energy on the coast, then a later programme after dark.

This is a city festival with a beach identity rather than a remote camping event. The appeal comes from combining large electronic bookings with a setting that remains unmistakably Cannes.
