A festival the size of a town

Glastonbury spreads across Worthy Farm as a five-day festival of contemporary music and performing arts. Major stages draw the obvious attention, but theatre, circus, dance, cabaret and countless smaller performance areas make the site feel like a temporary town with several centres.

Electronic paths through the fields

Electronic music is one thread in a much broader programme, and following it means moving beyond a single arena or genre lane. The scale rewards wandering. A planned route can quickly give way to a smaller stage, an unexpected performance or a part of the site with a completely different pace.
