Globetrotting pop duo THE TING TINGS are tearing up dance floors again with the Wrong Club Remixes EP, out now on Finca/[PIAS]. “Wrong Club,” the lead single from their new album SUPER CRITICAL, has been remixed by European producer BOIX and U.S. house pioneer Tom Stephan. The latter has the duo landing on the Billboard charts again this Friday (February 6) at #14 on the Club Chart, courtesy of Stephan’s sensuous house makeover, while Spain’s BOIX–who has also been moonlighting as THE TING TINGS touring DJ–adds a wash of big room electro synths to the song via the Vision II remix.

THE TING TINGS–known for their massive hits“That’s Not My Name”and “Shut Up and Let Me Go,” among others—are the U.K. duo of Katie White and Jules De Martino. Co-produced with Duran Duran’s stalwart guitarist Andy Taylor, their third album SUPER CRITICAL is a hook-stuffed, introspective, modern disco record recorded in Ibiza, Spain where they were able to unleash their party spirit and exactly the impetus and momentum needed to craft something special and true to the starting spirit of their musical adventures.
