BPM 2015 PRESS QUOTES:
“Boasting greater than tenfold growth in the span of six years, BPM’s founders have succeeded in bringing a diverse music-first and multi-venue festival experience to the Americas.” — Billboard.com
“
What makes The BPM Festival special? Imagine taking the magic of a summer in Ibiza and cramming it into ten straight days of house and techno in Mexico and you start to get an idea. Set in beautiful Playa del Carmen along the Caribbean sea, the festival is a little slice of paradise for underground dance music enthusiasts.” — Dancing Astronaut
“If you had to prioritize with one festival over all others for cost, situation, crowd, music, BPM would win hands down in my opinion. It really had the most relaxed but educated crowd, we met people from all over, as many newbies as veteran BPM-ers all excited to see their favorite DJs in stunning surroundings.” — The DJ List
“The general consensus is that this is the best BPM to date. The festival has managed to get bigger while still maintaining the special intimacy that it’s known for and in recent years has perfectly blended the swagger of the larger shows with the bedrock of underground support that has always defined festival.” — Mixmag
“BPM is officially a dominant node in the worldwide festival circuit.” — THUMP
BPM 2015 ARTIST QUOTES:
“BPM was magical like it has been every year.” — Benoit & Sergio
“@TheBPMFestival thank YOU for giving me the chance to make this happening here and to share a pure musical journey with the crowd. RESPECT” — @josephcapriati
“It’s a continuation of the new year celebration in the warmth of the Caribbean with the best mix of mostly underground electronic music artists and Dj the world has to offer… Everyone is so happy to be there and the crowds are incredible!” — Josh Wink
“There’s a bit of everything over here, minimal, house, deep house, techno, it’s what you like, and they’re catering to all kinds of music. It’s got the sunshine, great people coming from all over and just enjoying themselves listening to great music. So it’s fantastic.” — Nicole Moudaber
“The whole theme of BPM is the champion of the underground, that’s what people cherish. It was never about big theatrical events, pyrotechnics, stuff like that. It’s focused more about the music, and the social circle. I always get asked the question ‘Is Vegas the new Ibiza?’, well really no, Playa Del Carmen is almost Ibiza to an American audience.” — Pete Tong
