Nicole Moudaber will make her return to Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival where she will perform with Skin, front-woman of Skunk Anansie on Friday, April 15 and Friday, April 22 in the Yuma Tent. Nicole and Skin released their acclaimed collaborative ‘BREED’ EP last fall, along with stunning music videos for “Someone Like You” and “You Like This”. Over a year in the making, ‘BREED’ is spearheading a new brand of innovative, pioneering techno. With visionaries Nicole and Skin at the helm the project is blazing a trail for the future of contemporary dance music. In between her performances at Coachella, Nicole takes the decks at the All Gone Pete Tong Pool Party on Sunday, April 17 at the Hilton Palm Springs for what’s sure to be an explosive closing session.
Nicole has released two EPs so far in 2016, ‘Silent Sigh’ EP on her own label, MOOD Records and her recent return to Carl Cox’s authoritative underground imprint, Intec Digital with her new ‘Where Shadows Lie’ EP.
Nigerian born Nicole Moudaber has enjoyed a rapid rise to fame, from promoter and label manager to one of techno’s most celebrated artists. From country to country, her name is now synonymous with not only dark, techy grooves, but sold-out shows and performances that demonstrate her unrivaled energy and passion for techno. Having collaborated with the top producers in the scene; Adam Beyer, Victor Calderone, Danny Tenaglia and mentor Carl Cox to name but a few, whilst at the same time enjoying success from winning “Best Tech House / Techno Track” for her remix of the classic Alcatraz hit “Giv Me Luv” at the 2016 International Dance Music Awards (IDMA) and 15 million listeners across 49 countries for her weekly radio show In the MOOD, it’s clear Nicole Moudaber is at the forefront of the techno scene.
