Moby and David Bowie headlined another concert as part of the Area2 Festival, currently touring throughout the US.
It took place at the Irvine venue in California where a riot forced hop-hop stars off the stage on Sunday night.
In 2001, the Area: One Festival quickly became the eclectic hit of the US summer concert tour circuit and was awarded the Dancestar Award for 2001 Tour of the Year.
Moby, whos the brains behind the event, describes it as a big rave in the middle of the afternoon. The tour started last month in Washington, goes to San Francisco today (Wednesday) and ends on Friday in Seattle. The festivals idea is to bring together a unique mix of all styles of music - from rock, pop, hip-hip, electronic, trance and progressive dance music. Moby says his goal is to expose concert-goers to music they wouldnt normally listen to:
"I love the idea of someone coming down whos been a David Bowie fan their whole life and falling in love with Busta Rhymes. Or someone whos a hip-hop fan coming down to see Busta Rhymes and falling in love with Ash."
Busta says hes always happy to win over new fans:
"Its helping me break my music into another market... to another demographic."
David Bowie says Moby sent him an invitation that he couldnt turn down:
"Moby made one of those paper planes, you know that you do, and threw it over to my house from his house, and he said, come on tour with us. So I wrote back, okay - and that really settled the whole thing."
