Since signing a 2 million contract with Ministry of Sound and another deal with Capitol Records, Fischerspooner has been steadily infecting the world with its lewd and addictive brand of electroclash.
They have just completed their first remix. After having rejected all remix requests, Fischerspooner finally succumbed to the alluring Kylie Minogue. Her latest single, 'Come With Me', was remixed by Casey Spooner and Warren Fischer and will be available as a 7" in November. The remix will also be available mid-December on compact disc as part of a remastered version of Kylie's 'Light Years' LP.
Fischerspooner is also about to embark on a tour of the UK. It's rare to see them perform live because their shows are usually to expensive to produce on a regular basis. Their performances are a mixture of an haute couture fashion show, art gallery opening and Blow-Out sale at Wal-Mart with their extravagant costumes and make-up, choreography, elaborate settings, and cast and crew of 58 (who would have thought that their first gig was an unassuming performance in the corner of a Manhattan Starbucks).
