In mid-October (10/14), LA-based DJ/producer (and head of HARD Events) DESTRUCTO, released on his HITS HARD label, his second project with rapper, Problem: “Winning.” The track has already garnered critical praise from respected outlets like HOT NEW HIP HOP, who of the track said, “Not known for his singing, Problem takes flight in sweet melody over Destructo’s tempestuous production, which cranks it into overdrive around the one-minute mark and becomes a veritable club banger”. Today (11/4), DESTRUCTO takes the single’s success and releases the first official remix of “Winning,” produced by up-and-comer, Taiki Nulight.

Taiki Nulight’s remix of “Winning”–which made its debut yesterday (11/3) via THIS SONG SLAPS – is a sincere rendition of Nulight’s tantalizing sound. Says TSS: “While Destructo‘s latest anthem “Winning” featuring Problem is still in heavy rotation, this hard-hitting track has received a remix from London’s Taiki Nulight. This blossoming bass house mastermind has put his aggressive, bone-rattling touch on this already vibrant club tune.” It breathes new life into the single, while portraying an entirely unique expression of what ‘winning’ might sound like. Nulight is on the rise with his essential reworks of hit singles from power players like, Keys & Krates, Chris Lorenzo, Hannah Wants and more-with this current project exceeding all expectations.
 
The remix release comes in the midst of DESTRUCTO‘s headlining “RENEGADE TOUR“ presented by SMIRNOFF and HARD.  Remaining dates include stops in Philadelphia, Atlanta and New York.   Curated by DESTRUCTO, aka Gary Richards, renowned producer, artist, DJ and founder of HARD Events–known as probably the most innovative curators of music festivals in world today (HARD SUMMER, HOLY SHIP!), each date highlights some of the coolest and brightest stars in future electronic and hip-hop music.  E-40, Felix Da Housecat, Drezo, Vindata, Josh Pan and Sita Abellan join on select dates.
