Chris Metcalfe began his journey as a resident DJ at the UK’s legendary 7,000-capacity superclub Club M Tall Trees, supporting the world’s biggest names week after week. His breakthrough came when his debut production was personally signed by Armin van Buuren to Armada Music, followed by BBC Radio 1 support naming him “the next big thing.”

With over 40 releases, his music has featured on leading labels including Armada, FSOE, Subculture, Vandit and Black Hole, amassing millions of streams and regular support across global radio, festivals and DJ playlists.

Internationally, Chris has headlined shows and shared stages with the biggest names in trance, known for his energetic sets, versatility and standout track selection.

A leading force in the new wave of uplifting trance, 2025 saw seven releases across Armada, FSOE and Subculture, supported by Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten and Aly & Fila.

A proven festival artist, he has performed at Creamfields, Rong Open Air, Lost Minds and the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix. 2026 includes major appearances at Dreamstate San Francisco, Beyond Wonderland LA for Insomniac events + Luminosity Beach Festival and return slots at Creamfields and Lost Minds.
